The Happyness Project

This team-building activity combines charity with hands-on work, engaging employees in assembling bicycles for children from an NGO. Participants are divided into teams, with each group tasked to construct a bicycle and create a personalized message for the recipient. The activity fosters teamwork, technical skills, and a sense of purpose as employees work diligently to ensure quality. This experience not only promotes collaboration and problem-solving within teams but also creates an emotional connection to their efforts, knowing they're making a tangible difference in children's lives. The project culminates in a meaningful contribution to the community, leaving a lasting impact on both the employees and the beneficiaries.

  • Teams know that these cycles will be given away to children of an NGO and will be encouraged to give their best finished product
  • Teams work meticulously to fix each part of the cycle and are engrossed in ensuring every part is fixed properly
