The Happyness Project
This team-building activity combines charity with hands-on work, engaging employees in assembling bicycles for children from an NGO. Participants are divided into teams, with each group tasked to construct a bicycle and create a personalized message for the recipient. The activity fosters teamwork, technical skills, and a sense of purpose as employees work diligently to ensure quality. - As the name clearly suggests, this experience will touch every employee emotionally as they connect with the recipients of their goodwill
- The audience is split into 10 equal teams and are each given a very unique project to complete!
- Each team is entrusted to construct and assemble various components of a cycle. These components will require tools such as spanners, nuts, bolts, etc..
- One half of the team will work on the fixing of the cycle while the other half will work on a message that they want to give away to the recipient
- Teams know that these cycles will be given away to children of an NGO and will be encouraged to give their best finished product
- Teams work meticulously to fix each part of the cycle and are engrossed in ensuring every part is fixed properly
