About The Speaker

The Amazing Race

This city-wide team-building activity, inspired by "The Amazing Race," combines exploration, cultural immersion, and friendly competition within a 5-10km radius. Teams visit historical and cultural sites, engaging in unique challenges that showcase local customs, cuisine, language, and traditions. Activities include tasting local foods, learning phrases, trying traditional garments, and participating in local dances. Each location is staffed by a marshal who oversees challenges and provides next instructions. The race format encourages teamwork, time management, and adaptability, concluding when the first team completes all challenges. This engaging activity blends city exploration, team bonding, and cultural education in a competitive framework.

 

An experience for the teams to bond with each other in a series of competitive and fun challenges The activity can be designed across a city with a radius of roughly 5-10kms

  • The teams will be made to visit various locations in the city of historical and cultural significance. Each of these places will be mapped out and will provide teams with a unique experience at the location
  • Teams will participate in various challenges that involve all members of their team. These include eating something very local, learning the local language, trying the local garments, dancing to the local songs, etc… by doing so, teams learn a little bit more about the history and culture of the city
  • All locations mapped will be manned by our marshal. These marshals are local volunteers and will ensure that the client will not be inconvenienced by anyone at the location
  • Once teams complete their challenge, the marshal hands over the next task sheet and the teams scurry over to the next location and the process goes on till they finish all the challenges
  • The first team to complete all the challenges, wins!
