About the activity

This is a team based engagement activity that is purely run on individual smartphones

  • Participants are first paired into teams of 4-5 and are instructed on how to join the game using a QR code.
  • Once registered, teams sit together and attempt to answer a series of questions of various topics and genres
  • The objective of the teams is to submit the correct answer as quick as possible. The speed of submission determines the amount of points earned by the team. As such, you will see everyone being swift about their decision making and eager to score the highest points each time.
  • Since this is a team based activity, the team score is the average score of all team members put together. As such, all team members slowly but surely begin to collaborate at a very early stage and by the end of the session – they forge into a tightly knit unit
  • A live leaderboard constantly urges teams to outdo their competition and a lively and entertaining facilitator will ensure that the teams are well engaged every minute of the session. With lots of banter and laughter, the audience is glued to the edge of their seats throughout.
  • While a few topics are fun, relatable and easy, some may dictate a bit of lateral thinking and thinking out of the box. Teams decide on the correct answer before punching in their answer on the system.
  • You can also integrate a few questions or a dedicated round about your organization like company values or key figures in numbers which will allow employees to learn a bit more about the company.
  • This will also ensure a greater retention of key messages through gamification.
  • At the end, there is only one winner who is called on to the stage and will receive a prize.
  • This runs on basic 3g network and is sure of driving a lot of fun and excitement.
