What is Dance Therapy?
Dance Therapy is a high-energy, fun-filled team-building session where participants learn a simple dance routine. Guided by an experienced dance mentor, the group works together to master choreography spanning 3-4 songs, each with its own unique tempo and style. The session concludes with a recorded performance, which is compiled into a seamless team video to serve as a lasting memento of their collective achievement and newfound team spirit.
